Department of General Affairs
The Department of General Affairs performs tasks related to:
- Drafting general and individual acts pertaining to the exercise of rights, duties and responsibilities of civil servants and appointees in the area of labor rights and obligations;
- Drafting general acts governing internal organization of the Office;
- Selection, recruitment and hiring of new members of staff, organization and implementation of training of civil servants and appointees;
- Activities involved in evaluating civil servants and analyzing job positions within the organizational structure;
- Planning, development and maintenance of a unified data management system;
- Public relations;
- Allocation and disbursement of funds required for the operation of the Office, development of financial plan, control of financial and accounting data, preparation and processing of requests for disbursing financial resources for the operation of the Office;
- Accounting services, preparation of the final account and expenditure spreadsheet report, data processing involved in calculating salaries and other benefits and remunerations of civil servants and appointees;
- Financing institutions of the Republic of Serbia on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija;
- Annual preparation of a public procurement strategy and public procurement report, implementation of public procurement procedures, and other activities under the scope of the Department.
The Department of General Affairs comprises following units:
- Group for human resources and technical support;
- Group for financial affairs;
- Group for public procurement.
