Mogherini: Progress made on all issues

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini stated that progress has been made on all issues discussed at the high level meeting in the framework of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.

"We focused on the outstanding implementation issues pertaining to energy, telecommunications, establishment of the Community of Serbian Municipalities in Kosovo and freedom of movement in reference to the Mitrovica bridge. Good progress has been made on all issues," Mogherini said in a statement.

The press release further reads that the Belgrade and Pristina teams will continue to work on these four issues and we will reconvene very soon in the following days in order to finalize the agreements.

Memorandum of Understanding on the Mutual Recognition of Motor Third Party Liability Insurance (vehicle insurance) was signed in the margins of the meeting, closed with the support of the Green Card, Council of Bureaus, the press release reads.
